[ດັດແກ້]Hello! I saw you removed the protection and this is a good thing (please member not to do actions like this and, if you have doubt, just ask global sysops and/or stewards)! Then, why are you randomly blocking IPs and big ranges saying they're open proxies?? I checked randomly one of them and surely it's not a proxy! Also, what's the reason of blocking a proxy which never edited here? You should report OP on SRG on meta-wiki so we can globally block them, and not locally block them if they didn't edit or wasn't abused by registered user, even if the last thing is handled by CU! [ດັດແກ້]Unilaterally mass touching userpages of foreign wiki users, without any sort of notice and wait for replies, even if they do not edit locally is not a good approach, even if it was to cleanup.
