For OXUS I would nominate the Turkic Aksu (white water). This river is close to Turkic Urheimat. Second proposal would be ÖGÜZ meaning simply river in Old Turkic UzunbacakAdem (talk) ໑໐:໔໑, ໒໒ ເມສາ ໒໐໒໒ (UTC) Uzunbacak Adem
