Request for sysop and interface-admin

Hello, I request to become a sysop and interface-admin in this wiktionary because

1. I have to clean up a number of mistakes and some of which need to be deleted.
2. I need to protect heavily page and used templates.
3. I have to edit the .js and .css page to fix the interface.
